The terms for the LocalGhost software, the setup mirror and this website. There are no accounts and nothing is for sale, so most of this is the licences and what they leave out.

> 1. WHO

LocalGhost is run by LocalGhost.ai Ltd, a private limited company registered in England and Wales, company number 17213100, founded and directed by Vlad Cealicu in London. The code lives under the LocalGhostDao organisation on GitHub. You can reach me at info@localghost.ai, and security reports follow SECURITY.md and security.txt.

> 2. THE SOFTWARE

The server and the Android app are open source under the MIT licence, copyright LocalGhostDao, in the localghost repository. You can use, copy, change and redistribute them, and the licence's notice has to travel with any copy. The software is provided as is, without warranty of any kind, and I'm not liable for what happens when you run it.

You run it on hardware you own, so you hold its keys and its data, and nobody else can recover them. In wisp 0.0.2 there's no recovery path, so a dead board or a forgotten PIN means the archive on that disk is gone, and a wipe PIN destroys everything on purpose. Keep the originals of anything you can't lose somewhere else as well. The known gaps of each release are listed in its notes, and the changelog keeps the dates.

> 3. THE SETUP MIRROR

Every file on the setup mirror is published under the terms it came with, and those terms sit beside it in the same folder as TERMS-<name>.txt, with a NOTICE.txt saying which file is under which. Some of them ask things of you. OpenStreetMap data is under the Open Database License, which asks for attribution and for derived databases to stay open. EmbeddingGemma is under the Gemma Terms of Use, whose use restrictions pass to anyone you give it to. The Copernicus elevation data asks for its attribution to be kept. The mirror itself is offered as is, may change or go away, and is signed so that a copy anyone else hosts can be checked.

> 4. THIS WEBSITE

The site's source, this text included, is in the web repository under the MIT licence. It's free to read, it has no accounts, and it's offered as is. What it does with information about you is on the privacy page.

> 5. HARDWARE

No hardware is on sale. When it is, the terms of sale, the warranty and the returns will be published here before the first order is taken.
